I had no problem with donating my car to this charity. It was all explained in detail on how it works and what to expect in the way of tax deductions. A truck was sent out to collect my car and off it went. Hopefully my contribution helped those in need.
Was there to take car within time frame set.
Very easy process! They picked up my old Honda Accord from my house and the tow driver grabbed it on time. Super convenient. Side note – I saw a classic caddy on the flatbed when they came. Somebody must have been feeling generous
I contacted the agency with the information about my car and they led me through the steps. Once they came, they loaded the car & I got a receipt for the car and the service was very good.
Being a veteran myself, the organization was pleasant to deal with. The representative was kind to run me through the process and it was easy. I want to thank you for helping me to help someone else in need.
